On August 09. and 10. 2013 the UEC European Youth Championship will be held in Melsungen at the Heart of Germany. The competition is organized by the trials division of the sport association ASC Melsungen.
“Preparations are going very well, the commitment of the team is great,” the organization chief Ralf Salzmann said in the interview. “Due to the late approval of the UEC and our following late preparation start, the European Youth Championships was not released in the official UCI race calendar. We have some concerns that the European Youth Championships can not be made sufficiently known,” said Salzmann.
For this reason, now an event website was created, on which you will find all necessary information about the European Championships in Melsungen for the visitors, participants and the general public.
The organizers launched the three main categories “General Information”, “Press Office” and “Results” and also an “Event Blog” were they will report on the ongoing preparations. In these categories all important information about the competition and the event are now published day by day.
