After winning his 9th Biketrial World Title in Italy, Comas went to South America to show his talent. He got the attention of the mexican media companies like Fox Sports, Televisa and TV Azteca.
Barcelona, 23 November 2012. Dani Comas celebrates his new BIU title with a trip to Mexico and his Monty bike doing a number of shows and performances on the biggest televesion networks of Mexico. One of them being Fox Sports, with the program “Pasión Deportiva”, presented by de famous journalist Karem Manzanout and Adrenalina Extreme, which broadcasts theis sports emmision accross the whole of latin America. He also was present during the emissions of the TV Azteca network.
Fox Sports also has invited Dani Comas to be featured in their program “the best of Fox Sport and football for everyone”. For this occasion Dani gave a great show at the site where you can find the Monument of the Revolution of Mexico DF. He was also invited for a small interview for the State of Mexico, broadcasted by Televisa, to promote the sport nationwide. But Dani also gave different shows during the big festivals throughout the country like the festival Expobici, Galerías Atizapan and during the maraton Martí Ride. But his biggest show was during the Vive Puebla 2012 where he performed before 90.000 people.
But Dani also took advantage of his trop to share his experience with some of the young local riders. And he also participated in the Taxco Urban Downhill race. And not to forget the numerous photo sessions at some of the most beautiful sites in Mexico, with some of the best extreme sports photographers of the country.
Thanks to his trip Dani signed an agreement with the Mexican company “Genera Música”, allowing him to come back to this central American country in the next couple of months.
