Classificatoin Trial Clásicas Òrrius

Last Sunday the 5th edition of the Bici-Trial Clasico  Òrrius took place in Òrrius. As expected there were a lot of riders at this competition.

Although it was a sunny day, it was quit cold in the morning (even a little bit of minus), but this did not bother the 105 rides who participated another competition of the Trial Clasico.

The riders had a free start between 9 and 10.  They had to ride 2 laps of 8 sections which were build by the team of the Trialschool of Òrrius. There were 7 natural sections and 1 artificial in the bikepark of the school.

The big difference in the level of the riders as well as the bikes resulted in big point gaps between the pilots. On the other hand in a lot of classes the first 6 riders had the same number of penalty points, with even one class where 6 riders had zero penalty points.

At the end of the competition, the different sponsors distributed the prices before celebrating the overall winners of the Trial Clasico. Don’t forget that this Trial Clasico started in Perafort, followed by Sant Feliu and finished at Sant Antino de Vilamajor.

A big congratulations to the trial school Òrrius, which with all their volonteers made the competitoin a big success. This competition was an example for this type of competitions.
